    The social media team of “Beit El Hiwar”, House of Dialogue, aims at creating an interactive medium between readers and the published contents through publishing the readers’ posts and contributions.  
 
   All articles and comments are reviewed by the website supervisors according to the website publishing policies. However, the supervisors do not edit the contents with the exception of” Beit El Hiwar” blogs that are linguistically edited.
 
   The site is not legally or ethically responsible for readers’ published comments and contributions. It is the responsibility of their writers. Further, these comments do not express the view of the site at all. Thus the website has the right to withhold any comments or contributions violating publishing policies.  
 
  You agree implicitly on the website publishing polices by sending any comments or contributions to the site, thus you shoulder the legal and ethical responsibility of your comments.
 
Publishing policies:
 
1-  Any comments containing abrasive words, obscene gestures or insults shall be withheld.
2- Any comments involving the personal lives of individuals or eminent public figures and deliberately accusing them without evidence shall not be published.
3- Any comments challenging or underestimating others’ beliefs, religions and ideas shall not be accepted.
4- Any comments or posts threatening the other members, supervisors or administrators of   Beit El-Hiwar web site shall not be accepted.
5- Discrimination depending on identity
A-any comments challenging others’ beliefs , inducing  hatred towards  individuals or institutions depending on gender, religion, belief, race, age or any other specifiers of identity  or provoking  sectarian strife shall not be accepted.
B- Any contribution containing pornography, obscene invitations or indecent words shall not be accepted.
C- Any contributions including personal information such as phone numbers, detailed address, or e-mails with the exception of the name and job title shall be withheld regardless of their contents respecting your privacy and personal safety.
D- Any comments containing external links shall not be accepted.
E- Any comments more than 200 words or ten lines shall not be accepted.
G- Any indecent or obscene usernames shall not be accepted.
I- Any irrelevant side comments shall not be accepted.
By posting your contribution to the site, you are implicitly admitting that they are your original works that you own their intellectual rights, and you grant “Beit El Hiwar “the right to publish them on the site or any other media related to it.   
For enriching the dialogue.

1- The objective of the comments services is to create a constructive discussion about the published contents, so make sure that your comment is not irrelevant and the discussion is not turning into futile debate.
2- Express your opinion clearly without offending or underestimating others.
3- Be patient and decent in your dealing with other site members and take into account that the site is used by different kinds and age group of people including children.
4- If you desire to write a comment more than 200 words, send it to the following emails writers@beitelhiwar.com and remember that the short comments are clearer and easier to follow. That is why they are the best.
5- Postponing the publishing of your comment does not mean that it is totally refused as there might be other technical reasons, or the administrator has not reviewed it yet, so stop trying to post it repeatedly in order not to distract comments supervisors.
6- If there is any inquiry, complaint or suggestion, please send an e mail to hamdi@beitelhiwar.com for this purpose otherwise they won’t be reviewed. Moreover, the site is not bound to reply.
7- We hope that you do not misuse either comment service or complaints e mail as both of them are to alert the supervisors that there are some violating comments or contributions not to suppress any different opinions from users’

Suspending Users
“Beit El Hiwar” has the right to suspend any user’s membership temporarily or terminate it altogether according to what it sees convenient or appropriate.  In addition using another account to comment is a kind of fraud which leads to complete termination form the site.
 
 
Suspension reasons
1- The user’s insistence on violating publishing policies
2- Turning a blind eye to the supervisors’ warning whether vie the emails or comments wall.
3- Impersonating others with or without their knowing, signing their names or doing anything misleading others about the identity of this person.
4- Insisting on threatening or insulting comments supervisors.
 
 
Privacy
The site is bound to respect the privacy and the personal information of its users except if there are any judicial rulings requiring disclosing specific data.
